Irving-based EnSite Solutions has been acquired by global real estate brokerage Cushman & Wakefield to help boost its data center, telecom, and health-care options.
The Dallas Business Journal reported that EnSite is a leading provider for maintenance and repair work for heating and air-condition units, fire protection equipment, and maintenance of critical facilities including health-care facilities, data centers, and telecommunications.
“Strategically, EnSite Solutions’ technology and mission-critical specialists position us to better serve clients across North America with cost-effective maintenance programs for critical facilities,” Colette Temmink, executive managing director of Cushman & Wakefield’s integrated facilities management division, said in a statement.
Cushman & Wakefield said that EnSite founder and President Toby Thomas will become Cushman & Wakefield’s senior managing director of critical environment, the Business Journal reported.
