North Texas’ JBB Advanced Technologies to Acquire Houston Solar Energy Developer Proteus Power

The move follows JBB's $12 billion sale of Tronic in March. Proteus is an international developer of utility-scale renewable energy. Its headquarters in Houston will move to JBB Advanced Technologies' headquarters in Carrollton, with all current employees being retained, and a branch office is planned for Lubbock, JBB said.
