106-Year Old North Texas Industrial Maintenance Co. NCH To Merge with Delaware’s Solenis

Originally founded in Dallas in 1919 by Milton P. Levy as National Disinfectant Company, NCH now has 6,000 employees with distribution centers in 48 countries. Under the terms of the merger, the Levy family will become the largest minority shareholder in Solenis.
