Chase Home Lending announced today that it's expanding its $5,000 Homebuyer Grant Program to include additional Hispanic and Black communities in Fort Worth and 15 other markets. The grant is aimed at two of "the biggest barriers to homeownership"—and with the expansion, it's now available in more than 14,000 communities nationwide.

TAITRA, the Taiwan External Trade Development Council, Taiwan’s foremost trade promotion organization, has opened an office in Dallas, its fifth U.S. office.
The move comes on the heels of a surge in bilateral trade between Taiwan and the United States in 2022. The other offices are New York, San Francisco, Chicago, and Los Angeles....
