DMN: NexPoint To Redevelop Dallas’ Cityplace Tower with Hotel, Apartments by 2025

Dallas-based NexPoint plans to convert eight floors of the 42-story Cityplace Tower into rental apartments at a cost of $61.5 million, according to the Dallas Morning News. That will be in addition NexPoint's development of a 222-room hotel and conference center at Cityplace, a $136.2 million project that was announced in 2020 but delayed by the pandemic.
