Dallas’ Aethon Energy Announces C-Suite Moves

Aethon Energy Operating LLC announced that Andrea Wescott Passman has been appointed as chief operating officer, Kang Chen as chief information officer, and Kat Lyles as general counsel.

Preston Phillips, senior vice president, A&D and Commercial, also was promoted to chief commercial officer, the Dallas-based company announced.

“We are thrilled to welcome Andrea, Kang, and Kat to our team, and to elevate Preston in recognition of his significant contributions to Aethon over more than 20 years,” Aethon CEO and Partner Albert Huddleston said in a statement....

Celina Approves Plan for Development with 300 Tiny Homes, 1,300 Apartments
