Dallas-based electronic payments provider Finical has been acquired by Nashville-based Celero Commerce, a top 10 U.S. non-bank payment processor.
Celero said that with the addition of Dallas-based Finical, it will process roughly $25 billion in annual card volume. No financial details of the acquisition were released.
“Finical and Celero share a common goal of providing the best technology, services and support to small and mid-sized businesses,” Finical founder Aaron Nasseh said in a statement....
