Industry veteran Chris King has been promoted to chief revenue officer of Irving-based ATM and payments technology company Hyosung America.
In his new role, King will oversee all revenue operations, including direct sales, channel partnerships, marketing, and strategic account development. The company said he is charged with accelerating growth across the financial and retail technology sectors.
Previously senior vice president of sales, King brings more than 35 years of industry experience and has played a key role in Hyosung’s sales strategy since joining the company in 2023. He is credited with strengthening customer relationships and delivering strong year-over-year performance.
He’lll report directly to COO Nancy Gail Daniels.
“Chris is a dynamic and visionary leader whose proven ability to translate technological innovation into tangible customer value makes him the ideal leader to drive our next chapter of growth,” Daniels said in a statement. “His customer-first approach and deep industry relationships have helped Hyosung exceed expectations time and again. His promotion to CRO reflects both his leadership and our confidence in his ability to fuel Hyosung’s next phase of growth.”
King said he will focus on aligning Hyosung’s revenue operations across core business lines.
“Financial institutions, retailers, and ATM owners are facing increasing pressure to modernize their customer touchpoints while maintaining operational efficiency,” King said. “My priority is ensuring our team delivers solutions that address these challenges and create competitive advantages for our customers. I look forward to leading the charge as we continue transforming the future of payments and financial technology.”
