A New Dallas-Based Subscription Service Wants to Provide Peace of Mind for Managing Your Home

Manorly gives residents “a white-glove approach” in caring for their homes. The local startup aims to be a one call concierge service for home maintenance by using licensed and insured subcontractors to complete tasks around each homeowner’s schedule.

Working from home means most people are spending more time in their houses than ever. However, it hasn’t made maintaining a home any more convenient. Owning a home and taking care of it is now easier than ever, thanks to Manorly, a new Dallas-based membership that offers services for home repairs, remodeling services, and proactive maintenance with a “white-glove approach.”

The monthly subscription and concierge service says it provides 100 percent personalized and convenient services tailored to each home. Services range from cleaning, construction, design, installation, landscape, maintenance, security, tech, moving, professional organization, and “lock and leave” service, designed for homeowners traveling for an extended time.

Designed for working professionals, busy families, and retirees, Manorly aims to take the inconvenience out of searching for and hiring a repairman or maintenance team and waiting for someone to arrive for an entire afternoon. The tech startup uses licensed and insured subcontractors to complete tasks around each homeowner’s schedule.

Upon sign-up, Manorly members are given a customized plan that meets the needs of their residence. That includes walk-through inspections tiered monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly, along with a personal home concierge responsible for each inspection. The monthly memberships range from $99 to $410 depending on the frequency of home inspections.

Depending on each member’s needs, Manorly can schedule services on a weekly, monthly, or yearly basis. The team told Dallas Innovates that most residents use it for lawn care, pest control, appliance maintenance, and Christmas light installation.

Subcontractors selected by Manorly are licensed and insured. To provide services at or below market value, Manorly negotiates with a subcontractor’s pricing to make sure services are completed with a “quality and craftmanship that exceeds industry standards.”

Manorly calls themselves the “one call” for Dallas homeowners by compiling estimates, hiring subcontractors, and managing projects to completion. The membership service also comes with a 24/7 line that connects homeowners with a Home Concierge if an issue arises that requires immediate attention.

Currently, Manorly is offering a complimentary walk-through and $500 credit towards membership through the end of the year for new members.
