Netflix House Opens at Galleria Dallas

Don't just stream it—experience it. That's the idea behind Netflix House, the newly opened venue at Galleria Dallas. Fans can get free entry for photo opportunities inspired by Netflix characters and stories, plus dining options at Netflix Bites and merch offerings galore. Ticketed guests can go deeper into the streamer's shows and movies, with immersive experiences based on "Stranger Things" and "Squid Games."

Netflix fans in North Texas used to need a screen to experience the streaming giant’s content. But now there’s a physical destination that lets fans live deep inside the worlds of Stranger Things, Squid Game, and more.

Netflix House is now open at Galleria Dallas, a high-trafficked mall at Dallas North Tollway and LBJ Freeway. At more than 100,000-square-feet, the venue is a permanent, year-round entertainment destination where fans can “explore, taste, play, and shop favorite shows and movies” in real life.

The Dallas location is the second Netflix House opened by the streamer, following the launch of the first one last month in Philadelphia’s King of Prussia mall. A third location is slated for Las Vegas in 2027.

Free to enter, with ticketed ‘experiences’ inside

Netflix House is free to enter and explore, but tickets are required if you want to try out immersive experiences based on the brand’s pop culture hits.

Netflix CMO Marian Lee called Dallas “the perfect place for Netflix House.”

“Everything is bigger in Texas, and that includes its fandom,” Lee said in a statement. “We’re thrilled to bring our stories to life in this neighborhood and become part of the community as the local place for in-person entertainment.”

Lee said whether fans have 30 minutes or 3 hours, they’re welcome to “come explore what’s inside and discover something new each time they come back.”

Grand opening was held Tuesday

Netflix House held a red carpet grand opening Tuesday at the Galleria, with Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders on hand to spin up some local fervor. Also attending were Stranger Things stars David Harbour, Cara Buono, Joe Chrest, and Jake Connelly; Virgin River stars Alexandra Breckenridge, and Zibby Allen; Selling Sunset star Christine Quinn; and Squid Game: The Challenge standouts Perla Figuereo and Jeffrey Figuereo.

But as anyone who’s watched Netflix can tell you, there’s always more when you keep scrolling, and the same was true in real life on Tuesday.

Other Netflix stars who showed up at the Galleria were WWE Raw’s Raquel Rodriguez and Roxanne Perez; Love Is Blind Season 4 stars Brett Brown and Tiffany Pennywell (and Season 8’s Daniel Hastings and Taylor Hastings); and We Can Be Heroes’ YaYa Gosselin, among others.

Local Texas dignitaries and community leaders joined Netflix executives for Tuesday’s red carpet celebration, the streamer added.

What you’ll find inside

Visitors to Netflix House can enter through the mall on the second floor, or from the mall parking lot through the iconic Red Envelope entrance—a nod to the brand’s DVD-by-mail origins, framed by a mural featuring an original Netflix character mash-up. The entrance opens into an expansive atrium filled with larger-than-life art installations and photo opportunities inspired by fan favorite characters and stories, including a nod to the Lone Star State.

Once inside, fans will have free photo opportunities inspired by Netflix characters and stories from Wednesday to Floor Is Lava; dining options at Netflix BITES, a casual, full-service restaurant with elevated comfort food and cocktail favorites but with entertaining twists playing on popular Netflix shows and movies; and Netflix-branded merchandise including collectibles, apparel, lifestyle pieces and more at the Netflix Shop.

Immersive experiences

Ticketed guests can dive deeper into the world of Netflix shows and movies, including feature experiences like Stranger Things: Escape the Dark and Squid Game: Survive the Trials, and nostalgic arcade gameplay in Netflix RePLAY.

The Stranger Things experience lets fans nourney into the ruins of Hawkins to find three missing townspeople…”before the horrors lurking within find you.”

At the Squid Game experience, fans will get their own turn to enter the arena. They’ll be able to play diabolical games, face off against the Front Man, and betray their friends for a chance to win it all. The experience features games from the show’s Season 3 conclusion.

Attraction brings an economic boost

Netflix made “a significant investment” in the local community to bring Netflix House to North Texas, the streamer said. More than 270 local tradespeople were employed during construction and nearly 300 permanent local jobs have been created at the venue. The team behind the venue’s construction includes local artist Jeremy Biggers, who created the murals on the exterior of the building, as well as the interior mall entrance to Netflix House.

Mastercard is a corporate sponsor, so its cardholders can get “Priceless Experiences” throughout Netflix House and Netflix BITES, the streamer said. In addition, American Airlines AAdvantage Mastercard cardholders can access an exclusive immersive dining experience at Netflix House Dallas and will be able to enjoy additional curated experiences in 2026.
