Richardson-based MedeAnalytics, a provider of healthcare data management and analytics solutions, has appointed Justin Neece as chief growth officer.
With more than three decades of leadership in healthcare technology and operational strategy, Neece brings a track record of leading transformative initiatives, expanding market reach, and delivering quantifiable impact across the healthcare ecosystem, the company said.
“Justin’s proven ability to identify and accelerate growth opportunities and execute with precision makes him an ideal fit for MedeAnalytics as we continue to evolve our platform and expand our market presence,” MedeAnalytics CEO Steve Grieco said in a statement. “His deep understanding of healthcare operations and technology across the healthcare ecosystem will be instrumental in shaping our next chapter.”
Neece comes to MedeAnalytics following his recent role as chief growth officer at Azara Healthcare, which merged with i2i Population Healthcare.
As president and CEO, Neece guided i2i through significant growth and market expansion, extending its reach into health plans, hospitals, and behavioral health, in addition to its core safety net sector.
Neece’s past employment includes leadership positions at IngagePatient, SharedHealth (a BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee subsidiary), GetWellNetwork, and Dollar General Corp. MedeAnalytics said his expertise includes launching SaaS platforms, driving mergers and acquisitions, securing enterprise partnerships, and transforming operational models across both healthcare and retail industries.
“I’m excited to join MedeAnalytics at a time when data-driven transformation is more achievable than ever,” Neece said. “The company’s commitment to empowering payers and providers with a fully modernized, AI-driven data activation platform that drives measurable improvement in financial, operational and quality outcomes aligns perfectly with my passion for being a change agent in healthcare.”
With over 30 years as a healthcare technology provider, MedeAnalytics provides the most powerful enterprise data enrichment and activation platform and analytics solutions specifically built for healthcare.
