A new luxury apartment community has opened in the Frisco Square area of the booming Collin County city.
Pennsylvania-based Toll Brothers Apartment Living, the rental subsidiary of Toll Brothers Inc., has partner with Equity Residential to open Remy at 5775 Blairview St. in Frisco. The project features 357 studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartments. Remy’s construction began in 2022 and was financed by a $55.6 million construction loan from Santander Bank NA.
“We’re excited to announce the opening of Remy, Toll Brothers Apartment Living’s newest community in Frisco, and another successful project with Equity Residential,” John McCullough, president of Toll Brothers Apartment Living, said in a statement. “Remy’s exceptional design, as well as its ideal location close to Frisco Square, speaks to our commitment to building elevated luxury communities in vibrant locations positioned for continued growth.”

Toll Brothers said the apartments at Remy feature an “elevated contemporary design with sophisticated features and finishes.” The kitchens include islands with decorative pendant lighting, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and modern flat panel cabinetry.
Each apartment features smart home technology, including keyless entry, smart thermostats, and in-residence Wi-Fi. Select residences also include private balconies, patios, or fenced-in yards, the company said.
Remy’s outdoor amenities include a resort-style swimming pool with a sundeck, as well as a courtyard with grilling stations, an entertainment kitchen, hammocks, and fountains. The sky lounge and terrace offer space for gathering, including seating around a firepit.

Inside, residents will find communal and private coworking spaces, a game lounge with billiards, and a theater room. The two-story fitness center includes state-of-the-art equipment, a yoga room, and an indoor cycling area on the mezzanine. The community also features EV charging stations in the parking garage.
A diverse selection of restaurants, cafes, shops, and more are available in the “highly walkable” neighborhood, as well as the green spaces of Frisco Square.
