Pierre Ifill has joined Dallas-based MYCON General Contractors Inc. as controller to oversee the accounting and finance department and provide financial oversight across the company’s internal policies and procedures.
“Pierre’s leadership capabilities and extensive financial background make him an excellent addition to our team,” Malynda Dickinson, partner and CFO of MYCON, said in a statement. “His guidance will enforce our continued strategic approach in all aspects of our business and help streamline MYCON’s financial growth.”
As controller, Ifill will provide financial analysis and strategic guidance on project performance, cost reduction opportunities, and potential risks, the company said.

Ifill, a seasoned leader, brings more than 12 years of construction accounting and finance experience to MYCON.
