When someone wants to impress a date, they go for the uberBLACK or uberSELECT rides to Nick and Sam’s in Dallas.
That’s the top date-night spot for Uber’s premium rideshare product, The Dallas Business Journal reported. Uber recently released six top 10 lists of popular restaurant destinations for its users in Dallas ranging from local favorites to most visited brunch spots. The Rustic snagged the title of “most popular” overall for ride share users.
Uber calculated the restaurants with the highest number of drop offs for that list, but for others metrics such as repeat local visitors or total number of requests during Friday and Saturday nights were used.
Rounding out the top five of the “most popular” list were The Standard Pour, The Social House, Mi Cocina, and Nick and Sam’s. Henry’s Majestic is the top weekend spot, according to the Uber data.

Several large leases signed by social media and financial services users—whose identities were not disclosed—drove the swell of activity in Q4. That led to "incredibly strong" net leasing activity for the full year, CBRE says. That's now driving lots of new data center construction here, and may increase asking rates in 2022 and beyond. With "no end in sight" to the market growth, CBRE's Brant Bernet believes we're only in the "early innings" of an extra-inning game.
