CR Fitness Holdings, the fastest-growing and leading franchisee of Crunch Fitness, has announced plans to open two new $12 million facilities in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
Crunch Forney and Crunch Saginaw are projected to open in 2026. Crunch Forney will be located at 172 Trailhouse Lane in Forney and Crunch Saginaw will be located at 1653 Creststone Trail in Fort Worth.
Both Crunch Forney and Crunch Saginaw will feature the company’s modern “3.0 layouts” and will offer premium cardio and strength training equipment, a dedicated group fitness studio, a functional HIITZone training area with indoor turf, Hot Yoga, Ride cycling classes, HydroMassage beds, tanning, full-service locker rooms with showers and a sauna, and more.
Crunch Forney will be a 35,000 square-foot fitness facility and Crunch Saginaw will come in slightly larger as a 36,000-square-foot operation.
“Our mission is to create a welcoming, high-energy environment where everyone feels inspired to reach their goals,” CR Fitness CEO Tony Scrimale said in a statement. He called both the North Texas cities “vibrant, growing communities” and said he “can’t wait for residents to experience the Crunch difference.”
CR Fitness Holdings is operated by Vince Julien, Geoff Dyer, Scrimale, and Jeff Dotson, who combined say they have more than 150 years of experience in the fitness industry. CR Fitness Holdings has 88 locations across Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, Texas, and Tennessee, with plans to expand into Arizona.
The franchisee said it has plans to reach 100 clubs by 2026.
