SupportNinja, a business process outsourcing company that moved its HQ from Austin to Dallas' Deep Ellum late last year, has acquired Delaware-based Bolton Remote, a workforce solutions firm.
Now with around 3,000 employees and an expanded global presence in Ireland, Singapore, and the Philippines, the company's enhanced its ability to offer clients "on-demand service anytime, anywhere, from around the world."
