Steve Genyk, a former head of public finance at UBS Financial Services, will lead the new division, providing financing services to public sector clients in Texas and nationwide. “Municipalities, nonprofits, and other municipal issuers in Texas deserve a firm that makes decisions locally," said Texas Capital President & CEO Rob C. Holmes.
