Portland Financial Firm Announces Expansion to Dallas, Heads to The QUAD in Uptown

M Financial Group's expansion to Dallas is the financial services innovator's first foothold outside of the Portland area. It's secured 52,000 square feet of office space at The QUAD, a mixed-use development branded by Stream Realty Partners as the dawning of “a different Dallas," set to complete in March 2024.

The office will be led by Executive Managing Director and Partner Greg Katz, who comes to Stream from Newmark and has lived and worked in South Florida since 2000. He is tasked with overseeing the brand's growth across the state.
The new office is Stream's 15th location across the U.S., the company said. In 2021, Stream opened three offices—in Nashville, Northern Virginia, and Phoenix—to complement its locations in some of the strongest commercial real estate markets in the nation, including Atlanta, Chicago, Houston, and Southern California.

Two Hands will occupy one of the five free-standing retail spaces surrounding The QUAD's 12-story, Class AA office tower in the heart of Uptown. The Australian-accented eatery is a casual restaurant concept that will offer indoor and outdoor dining with a menu of fusion share plates and well-traveled classics for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, plus a coffee program and full bar.
