Last June, Farmer Brothers Co. sold its direct ship business for around $100 million, along with its snazzy, sprawling home across from the Texas Motor Speedway. Now it's Panther City-bound.

Farmer Brothers—a leading roaster, wholesaler, equipment servicer and distributor of coffee, tea, and more—will keep its corporate headquarters in Northlake at its current location near the Texas Motor Speedway. But the company is moving a key part of its business to Oregon.
