Dallas-Based Invited Sells Its BigShots Golf Business to Topgolf Callaway for $29M

Five years after acquiring BigShots Golf, Invited is stepping away from golf entertainment venues to "laser focus" on its nation-leading portfolio of private golf and country clubs, stadium clubs, and business clubs. Invited says its deal with Topgolf Callaway Brands has "just scratched the surface" of synergies the two aim to jointly pursue.
