Children’s Health Plans New RedBird Location in Southern Dallas

Slated to open in December 2027, The RedBird Specialty Center will provide families with convenient access to urgent care, primary care, behavioral health services, and a wide range of pediatric specialties—including orthopedics and sports medicine through the Children's Health Andrews Institute.

UniverSoul Circus has returned to Dallas, bringing its international, multicultural "hip hop under the big top" to The Shops at RedBird at 3662 Camp Wisdom Road for performances through August 11. But before the fire breathers blew their first flames and the acrobats took their first leaps, the circus offered a preview at Dallas City Hall Wednesday, where Atkins other city officials, and the public got a taste of this year's "Family Reunion Tour."

RedBird is donating the space for a 15,000-square-foot childcare facility run by Vogel at the reimagined and revitalized The Shops at RedBird. Called The Rita Sue and Alan Gold Child and Family Center in recognition of the Golds’ longtime support of and service to Vogel, the center will expand Vogel’s reach and offer onsite access to anyone working at RedBird, as well as the community at large.

The owners of The Shops at RedBird have hired commercial property firm Jones Lang LaSalle to “arrange structured equity from a third-party investor to recapitalize the current partnership and fund future growth opportunities,” according to the Dallas Morning News. The mall revitalization project has brought thriving new commerce, innovation, and healthcare services to the area.
