Pei Wei Asian Kitchen plans to bring its "wok'd-to-order" dishes to 10 to 15 new locations this year in Texas, Arizona, and Florida, and is expanding its footprint in unexpected places like food trucks, airports, and even inside Kroger Grocery stores. The company has introduced a new "light and bright design" in several new DFW traditional locations, as well as at its first digital location on Dallas' Greenville Avenue.
