Dallas City Council Approves Appointment of Interim City Manager

Dallas City Council has approved the appointment of Deputy City Manager Kimberly Tolbert as the interim city manager, effective June 3. She will fill the role while the council conducts a search to permanently fill the position, which is being vacated by the departure of current City Manager T.C. Broadnax.
