ALTO Real Estate Funds said the groundbreaking along Interstate 35W will mark the official start of construction for the 342,790-square-foot Class A industrial project, which is expected to be completed by Q3 2026.

Dallas-based Hillwood will develop and build the "next-gen" 800K-SF regional distribution center at one of its own logistics parks in South Fort Worth. To be built with an array of sustainability initiatives, the center is expected to bring 300 new full-time jobs to the region over the next decade.
