Site Selection Magazine Names Dallas-Fort Worth America’s Top Tech Hub

The Dallas-Fort Worth-Arlington metro is the No. 1 Tech Hub in North America, Site Selection said, citing "its blend of talent, tech sector growth, and hard tech infrastructure." Other "Tech-xas" metros on the list are Austin (No. 7), Houston (No. 10), and San Antonio (No. 22).

Site Selection noted 1,368 corporate investment projects in Texas in 2024—more than doubling second-place Illinois and surpassing last year’s total by 114—as Texas continues its commanding economic leadership. DFW led the way with 36% of Texas' total projects.
