Mo' Bettahs is a fast casual concept that serves what it calls "an authentic Hawaiian plate lunch." Both Savory Fund and Mo' Bettahs' founders—Hawaii-born brothers Kimo and Kalani Mack—will retain significant minority stakes in the company, which operates 56 stores across seven states.
