Dallas’ P10 To Acquire Houston-Based Direct Lender Stellus for $250M

P10—which is rebranding as Ridgepost Capital next week—said Stellus will continue to be managed by its current partners, who will retain control of its day-to-day operations, including investment decisions and investment committee processes.
