Build-to-Rent Leader: DFW Led the U.S. in Hot Construction Category in 2022

And the construction trend in DFW continues. According to RentCafe's annual Build-to-Rent Report, 4,350 build-to-rent units are currently under construction in metro Dallas, "the second largest number of upcoming homes for rent in all of the U.S."
