Irving’s Voz Media Acquires Mega TV from Spanish Broadcasting System for $64M

Las Colinas-headquartered Voz Media has bought the Mega TV business from Miami-based Spanish Broadcasting System Inc. for $64 million.

Voz Media, a conservative Spanish-language news startup, was founded in 2022 to serve the “growing and increasingly influential Hispanic community” in the United States. The brand delivers daily news content and plans to produce family viewing content — documentaries, movies, and sitcoms — on its streaming platform in the coming months. ...
