Founded in Calgary, Alberta, in 2011, CRAFT is designed to be "a true social hub," with over 100 taps, a chef-driven menu, room for 500 people inside and out, and one of the first rooftop patios in the neighborhood.

CRAFT's first U.S. location—featuring more than 100 beers on tap "including local Texas brews"—is coming to Dallas' Preston Center. In 2019, its founder, PJ L’Heureux, partnered with Tom Gaglardi, owner of the Dallas Stars and the Moxies Restaurants, setting the stage for expansion into the U.S. market.
