Vickie Adams has been promoted to director of the Institute of Law and Technology and co-director of the Institute for Energy Law, The Center for American and International Law announced.

The promotion makes Adams the first female Institute for Energy Law director in the institute’s history. The Plano-based center is a nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing justice and promoting the rule of law through the professional development of legal and law enforcement practitioners worldwide....
