Ultra-luxe and exclusive, the Legacy Club will open its doors to a select clientele of "leaders, entrepreneurs, doers, and dreamers." The 20,000-SF club will feature an immersive Vegas-style sports bar, a garden-inspired lounge, a contemporary American restaurant, a sportsbook room, and more.

“This project flips the script on how data centers access power,” said Calibrant CEO Phil Martin. “Rather than the false choice between waiting years for system upgrades or having to go off grid entirely, we're working with leading data center providers like Aligned to use distributed energy solutions to facilitate and accelerate grid interconnection.” The news comes a week after AIP, MGX, and BlackRock announced their $40 billion acquisition of Aligned Data Centers.
