Boasting a floor space ten times larger than its current location, the move provides MTU Aero Engines with the necessary capacity to conduct on-site engine tests for the very first time.

The new "fixed-based operation" facility at the heart of AllianceTexas will have over 20,000 square feet of "highly amenitized lounges" and meeting facilities and 68,000 square feet of attached hangar space. Scheduled for completion in December, It will expand the airport's offerings with additional, "first-class" accommodations for flight crews, as well as more flexible, spacious lounges for pilots and passengers.
