Hillwood To Build 1M-SF+ Industrial Building Near Perot Field and BNSF Intermodal Facility

Alliance Westport 24 will be a 1.1 million-square-foot, cross-dock facility designed with additional land to provide up to 704 onsite trailer parking spaces—the highest number available in the market—with the expansion of up to four total onsite truck courts, Hillwood said.

MTU Maintenance Dallas, a vital player in the network of German aircraft engine giant MTU Aero Engines, is spreading its wings with a new facility at Perot Field Fort Worth Alliance Airport. Boasting a floor space ten times larger than its current location, the move provides MTU Aero Engines with the necessary capacity to conduct on-site engine tests for the very first time.

New Terminal To Be Unveiled at Perot Field Fort Worth Alliance Airport

The new "fixed-based operation" facility at the heart of AllianceTexas will have over 20,000 square feet of "highly amenitized lounges" and meeting facilities and 68,000 square feet of attached hangar space.
Scheduled for completion in December, It will expand the airport's offerings with additional, "first-class" accommodations for flight crews, as well as more flexible, spacious lounges for pilots and passengers.
