DallasNews Corp. Closes $43.5M Sale of its Plano Printing Facility, Which Will Become a Golf Cart Manufacturing Plant

The Dallas-based holding company for The Dallas Morning News and marketing agency Medium Giant said it intends to use a portion of the sale proceeds to voluntarily fully fund the company’s pension liabilities, eliminating what it considers debt.
