Ryan Hires Former PayPal Exec as SVP and CMO

Former PayPal executive Angela Rittgers has joined Dallas-based Ryan, a global tax services and software provider, as senior vice president and chief marketing officer.

She will report to Ryan’s Global President and Chief Operating Officer Ginny B.
