Dallas’ S2 Capital Jumps Into Industrial Real Estate with Fort Capital Buy, $350M Pipeline

The Dallas investment manager, known for its $11 billion in multifamily deals, is building a new industrial vertical under CEO Scott Everett with industry veterans Chris Roach as president and Parker McCormack as CIO. The 50-person team will manage 11 million square feet as e-commerce growth drives demand for warehouse space closer to consumers.
