Las Colinas-headquartered Voz Media has bought the Mega TV business from Miami-based Spanish Broadcasting System Inc. for $64 million.
Voz Media, a conservative Spanish-language news startup, was founded in 2022 to serve the “growing and increasingly influential Hispanic community” in the United States.
