Dallas-Based NexPoint Expands Life Sciences Real Estate Footprint with Lab, Distribution Properties

The multi-billion investment firm’s two-property industrial deal in Philadelphia builds on its commitment to grow in the “critical sector.” Closer to home, NexPoint recently unveiled plans for a massive life sciences district in Plano. The proposed 200-acre TxS development would be a "major economic catalyst" for North Texas, the firm’s founder said in February.
