Two Hands Eatery Becomes First Retail Lease at Stream’s QUAD Development in Uptown Dallas

Two Hands will occupy one of the five free-standing retail spaces surrounding The QUAD's 12-story, Class AA office tower in the heart of Uptown. The Australian-accented eatery is a casual restaurant concept that will offer indoor and outdoor dining with a menu of fusion share plates and well-traveled classics for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, plus a coffee program and full bar.

The Dallas City Council recently approved up to $31.4 million in tax increment financing for the first phase of the Dallas-based developer's planned mixed-use development near the UNT Dallas campus.
University Hills could ultimately include 1,500 multi-family units, hundreds of single-family homes, 1.5 million square feet of commercial properties, and more than 50 acres of green space.

Ground was broken on Monday for the new mixed-used development in the Knox-Henderson area of Dallas. It's expected to open in November 2021.
