Margaret Scovern has been named chief operating officer and Stan Vlasimsky has been appointed chief commercial officer of the Dallas-based strategy and technology firm.

Dallas-based Pariveda Solutions Inc. announced that Margaret Rogers has been appointed chief executive officer by the company’s board of directors.
Pariveda is a consulting firm that specializes in solving complex business and technology problems.
In her new role, Rogers will report directly to Pariveda’s board of directors. Her appointment immediately activates the company’s succession transition plan and Rogers’ effective start date as CEO will be mid-2023....
