GAF Is Building Its First Shingle Recycling Facility in North Texas

Environmental disasters like Dallas' former "Shingle Mountain" may one day be a thing of the past, thanks to new recycling technology from GAF. The company is building its first commercial-scale shingle recycling facility in Corsicana, in an effort to divert the 90% of asphalt shingle waste that it says goes directly into landfills.
