Dallas’ Granite Properties Announces CEO Transition

The Dallas-based commercial real estate investment, development, and management company said that Will Hendrickson, currently senior managing director and Dallas market leader, will become the company's CEO, effective Jan. 1. Michael Dardick, founding partner & CEO, will transition to become executive chairman.
