In its new DFW Industrial Insight report for Q4 2022, JLL says that Dallas-Fort Worth's record-setting year for industrial construction activity and deliveries kept pace in Q4.
The DFW industrial market finished the year with 61.6 million SF under construction, and a total of 45.8 million SF delivered.
