Brinker International Promotes Exec to EVP/Chief Marketing Officer

During his four years as SVP and CMO of Chili's, George Felix has helped return the brand to category leadership in both sales and traffic growth, Brinker said—resulting in Brinker International's market cap increasing from $1.3 billion at the start of his tenure to $6.25 billion as of March 2, 2026. He'll now try to bring some of that magic to Maggiano's Little Italy, too.

Dallas-based restaurant company Brinker International has added industry veteran Steve Kelly as vice president of marketing and award-winning business agency GALE to assist with its CRM (customer relationship management) activities.

The company said that the two moves will allow Chili’s Grill & Bar to serve guests “in a more compelling way” as the brand revamps its digital presence....
