A major redevelopment is underway in Garland's Medical District for Veteran Affairs—also known as Valoris Health Park—located adjacent to the Garland VA Medical Center. The renovations aim to fulfill the city’s plans for "a full-service medical district for its veterans and citizens."
On Tuesday, February 28, from 3 to 5 p.m., the city will hold a mural reveal celebration and ribbon cutting to mark progress on one of the buildings in the Valoris Health Park. The 3,600-square-foot mural at 601 Clara Barton Blvd. is by Dallas artist and musician Haylee Ryan.
