Plano Consulting & Staffing Co. BGSF To Sell Its Professional Division for $99M

As a result of the acquisition by Florida-based INSPYR Solutions, Beth Garvey, the chair, president, and CEO of BGSF, will transition from her role within the company to pursue other interests, effective July 1. Interim co-CEOs have been selected, the company announced.
