As the Texas Legislature considers legislation regulating artificial intelligence, lawmakers in other states are doing the same. The federal government also could jump into the regulatory arena, possibly following Texas’ lead. What can AI-enabled businesses do in the meantime to navigate this patchwork of emerging rules?
