Founders Buy Dallas’ Four Corners Brewing Back from Industry Giant

The deal comes after Constellation Brands—which bought Four Corners in 2018—made a strategic decision to concentrate on the beers that helped give it a market cap of nearly $43 billion: Modelo, Corona, and Pacifico. Four Corners Brewing will now get back to its "entrepreneurial roots," says one of its three co-founders.

Waymo, the self-driving truck unit from Google parent Alphabet Inc., has hauled over 1 million pounds of Modelo and Corona beer from Dallas to Houston in autonomously driven trucks, reports David Welch of Bloomberg News.
