Fort Worth’s PAK Quality Foods Acquires Dallas-Based Formosa, Expanding Reach and Product Mix

Fort Worth-based PAK Quality Foods has acquired the assets of Las Colinas International Inc., better known as Formosa Foods, the company announced Monday.

The deal brings together two regional distributors and expands PAK’s reach beyond Texas and eastern New Mexico.

Dallas-based Formosa, founded in 1979, is a family-owned company that supplies foodservice, retail, and institutional customers in Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Arkansas....
